Her warmth and sincerity, combined with business acumen and professional excellence, led to long-term, iron clad relationships with clients, which ranged from private New York cultural institutions to international corporations.

Beth has successfully applied those same skills and attributes to real estate, an industry where she has both in-depth knowledge and tremendous passion. She has over a decade of experience and a successful track record as a real estate investor, actively buying and selling properties – first in some of New York’s most desirable addresses (including Bing & Bing condos), and soon after in the Hamptons, specializing in Sag Harbor, East Hampton,and Bridgehampton. Even during some of the most challenging years in the industry, Beth achieved success by applying the best practices of the recruitment industry to real estate, matching buyers to dream homes and smart investments at all price points.

Beth partners with sellers throughout the process, beginning with her uncanny ability for right pricing even in a fluctuating market, to positioning the property, to implementing marketing/advertising strategies. Most importantly, Beth’s strong negotiating and closing skills expedite transactions – she knows how to walk a deal to the closing table.

Beth began her career in advertising sales at ABC/CapCities. Prior to founding Troy Associates, she was Director of Sales and Marketing for a leading Wall Street financial recruitment agency, and later led the initiative for an international recruitment firm in Rockefeller Center.

A native New Yorker, Beth was raised in Manhattan and graduated from Hunter College. She fell in love with the Hamptons 20 years ago, and owned several properties in East Hampton before moving to Sag Harbor with her family. An avid photographer, her photographs of this magnificent place have been frequently published locally.

Beth Troy is a full-time North Haven/Sag Harbor resident and active member of that community, as well as a Board Director of North Haven Manor.
