Online Publication Design: Featured Websites
Everbeta has been working with online publishing since the birth of the industry. In the 1990’s, Everbeta founder Colin Goldberg brought titles such as Popular Science and GOLF Magazine onto the internet for the first time as a freelance producer at Times Mirror Magazines. Since then, we have moved many other publications from print to web, as well as helping to develop online-only publications. Some examples are listed below. In addition to publication design, Everbeta also works with individual authors to develop personal online presences.
TSR: The Southampton Review
The goal of The Southampton Review together is to create a literary journal that readers will keep for a very long time, that they will dip into again and again, discovering new voices and visions while savoring long-standing favorites. Everbeta was contracted to bring this highly esteemed publication to the web.
The Match Factory
The Match Factory is the student literary publication of The School of Visual Arts in New York City. This online magazine encompasses poetry, fiction, and essays, and also features work from faculty members. Each issue highlights a visual artist from SVA as well.
Young Artists and Writers Project
The Young Artists and Writers Project (YAWP), created by Stony Brook Southampton’s MFA in Writing and Literature Program, is dedicated to mentoring middle and high school students in the development of creative expression and critical thinking through writing.
